This is the space for you to share with me what is going on in your life. We will explore your challenges, concerns and your goals for us working together.

Based on the information gathered, we will discuss areas for exploration, blocks and defensive strategies, and create a map of all your different parts.
Creating A Plan
We will create a plan to support you, so that when challenges arise, you have the tools and practices to know how to respond. We will also discuss potential treatments, frequency and duration of future visits.

Initial Consultation
Details:
Required for all new clients. This is a space to get to know you — your history, what you’re carrying, and what your body and inner world are communicating. A physical exam may be included where relevant. By the end of the session, you’ll receive a preliminary treatment plan to guide your first steps — one that will continue to evolve and deepen as we work together.

Follow-Up Consultation
Details:
For returning clients as part of your ongoing treatment plan. Each session offers dedicated space to arrive in the body, process what’s present, and gently release emotional blockages.

Extended Follow-Up Consultation
Details:
For returning clients who are in a more intensive phase of processing, or for anyone who feels they benefit from more time. The extended format offers greater spaciousness to settle into the body, move through what arises without rushing, and allow for deeper emotional processing and release.

Deep Dive Consultation
Details:
For returning clients seeking an immersive session to support intensive emotional processing. The additional time creates the spaciousness needed to fully arrive, go deeper into the body’s experience, and move through layers of sensation, feeling, and memory at an unhurried pace.
